Accessibility Statement
Crypency's commitment to an accessible site, the standard we aim for, known limits, and how to report a barrier.
Last updated: October 2026. We may revise this policy as Crypency grows; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@crypency.com.
Our goal
We want everyone to be able to read and use Crypency. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-usable menus, forms and the Crypency Guide widget.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and readable color contrast in our navy and teal palette.
- Acronyms explained in tooltips and in our Glossary.
- Pages that work with browser zoom and on small screens.
Known limits
Our PDF booklets may not be fully tagged for screen readers yet. If you need a booklet in another format, email us and we’ll send an accessible version. Some third-party pages we link to, including Stripe invoice pages, are outside our control.
Tell us about a barrier
Email support@crypency.com with the page and the problem. We aim to reply within 3 business days and to fix or offer an alternative as soon as we can.
Crypency is operated by Aziz Sattar, a sole proprietor based in Henderson, Nevada, USA. All policies →
