Who we are
Crypency (crypency.com) is an educational research site about crypto and fiat payment rails. It is operated by Aziz Sattar, a sole proprietor in Henderson, Nevada, USA. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Educational content only
Everything on Crypency is general education. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an offer to buy or sell any asset. See our Disclaimer. Figures carry as-of dates and can go out of date; check primary sources before you rely on them.
Using the site
- You may read, share links to and quote short excerpts of our content with attribution to Crypency and a link back.
- Don’t copy whole pages or booklets for resale, scrape the site at a volume that disrupts it, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Booklets are free PDFs for your own use and internal team use. Please don’t sell or re-brand them.
- Directory listings and named firms are illustrative, not endorsements.
Accounts, newsletter and messages
When you subscribe to the Crypency Brief or send us a message through a form or the Crypency Guide, you agree to give accurate details. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and purchases
- What you buy: the plan, brief or placement described at the time of purchase, in your Stripe invoice or in a written order (for ads and sponsored content).
- Payment: by Stripe invoice only, paid by card or ACH bank transfer. Prices are in US dollars. Invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice.
- Renewal: monthly and annual subscriptions renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We tell you the price before each renewal invoice.
- Cancellation and refunds: see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Requests and turnaround: request allowances and turnaround times are targets, not guarantees, and depend on the plan you choose.
- Taxes: any applicable sales or similar taxes are added to the invoice where required.
Advertising and sponsored content
Ads and sponsored content are covered by our Advertising Policy and Editorial Policy, plus the written order for each campaign.
Our content and trademarks
Crypency’s text, booklets, design and logo belong to Crypency. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Links to other sites
We link to primary sources and other sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty and limits on liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. We work hard to be accurate but we don’t promise the content is complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Crypency isn’t liable for losses that come from relying on the content, and our total liability for any paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
